Global Water Technologies and GreenSuite discuss acquisition
INDIANAPOLIS, April 22, 2013 -- Global Water Technologies (OTC Pink: GWTR) and GreenSuite have begun discussions regarding the acquisition of GreenSuite by Global Water Technologies. The two companies announced a partnership in January and have been working together to develop and deploy a People + Pipes + Policy strategy for improved efficiency in drinking water distribution.
GreenSuite has developed an innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to provide information to utility companies and their customers on usage analytics, methods to improve efficiency and ways to reward such behavior.
